Fridge BuyBack

Old, inefficient second fridges use large amounts of power, adding on average more than $210 to your annual electricity bill while releasing greenhouse gases into the atmosphere.

Residents with working second fridges they no longer need can call Fridge Buyback on 1800 708 401 during business hours or visit Fridge Buyback's website at www.fridgebuyback.com.au to arrange for their fridge to be collected.

Eligible fridges must be the second fridge in the house, they must be switched on and working.  They must be 250 litres or more in size and at least 10 years old.  Fridge Buyback provides residents with free collection by professional removalists and a $35 rebate if 6 or less stairs are involved in removal of the fridge.  A fee will apply only if the property has more than 20 steps.
